No-Bake Peanut Butter Tart

These no-bake peanut butter tarts are made with an easy peanut butter cheesecake base and graham cracker crust.

With a smooth peanut butter cheesecake base and an easy graham cracker crust, this recipe can easily turn into an addictive dessert.

This peanut butter tart is topped with a delicious 1:1 ratio chocolate ganache that is made with chocolate and heavy whipping cream. It’s not too hard to bite through at room temperature, so don’t worry. These tarts are showstoppers that will have people thinking you went to culinary school. Topping them with crushed peanut butter Girl Scout Cookies and pieces of gold leaf like I did will really add to the presentation of the final product. This dessert can last for 5-7 days in the fridge, but they might not last that long!
